You are invited to a talk, video and discussion on “God saw that it was good – How is our Creation stewardship going?” The video is by Dave Gregory of the UK Baptist Union Environment Network.
Their speaker, Audrey James will argue that Genesis 2:15 commands us to practice environmental stewardship rather than letting the Earth fall into disrepair and will address “anthropocentrism”, modern greed and impacts on the planet like climate change. They’ll discuss how Christians and the church should respond.
ISCAST is Australia’s version of Christians in Science. They address perceived conflicts between mainstream science and mainstream Christian faith and explore where faith interacts with front-line science and technology. The Perth chapter holds monthly meetings that are open to all.
