Looking for a supportive, friendly space for you or a loved one living with dementia?
Join us once a month at our local cafe for Forget-Me-Not – a relaxed, welcoming session for people living with memory loss, their carers, and loved ones. Share a coffee, enjoy some food, and connect with others who understand. Every session is about support, friendship, and simply spending a few casual hours together. Come along and be part of our community – everyone is welcome!
(Please note: this is not a drop-and-run session – carers are asked to stay and enjoy the session alongside the person they support).
