Do you have a current, valid will?
Why should everyone create a will?
This world is not our forever home. Without a legal Will, your loved ones can be faced with confusion and uncertainty.
By creating a legal Will, you get to decide the legacy you will leave for your family and the ministries you support.
While there is absolutely no obligation, if you choose to include Sonshine in your Will, as little as 1% of your estate can make a massive difference and helps Sonshine’s mission of being a voice of hope for the next generation.

Write your Will for 50% off
Outside of our Free Wills periods, and as part of Safewill’s mission to help every Australian make a Will, Safewill is proud to partner with Sonshine to offer our supporters bespoke Wills for 50% off (normally $160).
If you’d like to create your own legacy to support a cause close to your heart, the only way to provide certainty is by making a Will. Just get started at Sonshine’s Safewill page and your discount will be applied automatically.
Is Safewill Right for You?
We recommend that you independently determine whether Safewill is appropriate for your personal circumstances. Some complexities such as business ownership, a prior divorce, family trusts, blended families, disability within the family, and other circumstances generally require more than a basic Will. Safewill does offer a paid option to cover some complexities, or we recommend our trusted legal partners HHG Legal Group or Equitas Lawyers who both specialise in Wills and Estate Planning. Please visit Safewill’s Guidance Notes for further clarification.
