More than 800 people now receive our Fresh daily devotional in their inbox each morning.
These daily reflections are helping people spend time in God’s Word, grow in their faith, and begin each day with encouragement and hope.
Restoring Dignity Through Heart for the Homeless
When our community comes together, incredible things happen.
During Heart for the Homeless 2026, Sonshine listeners donated more than 13,500 essential items to help people experiencing homelessness across Perth.
From warm clothing and toiletries to everyday necessities, these practical gifts are helping restore dignity, demonstrate God’s love, and remind people that they are seen, valued and cared for.
Bringing Hope Through Take Away Hunger Day
Food insecurity continues to affect many children and families in our community, but together we were able to make a real difference.
During Take Away Hunger Day 2025, Sonshine listeners helped provide 12,000 nutritious meals through our partnership with Feed The Hungry.
Every meal represents hope, compassion and the tangible love of Christ reaching those who need it most.
A Growing Reach with a Message of Hope
Thanks to your support, Sonshine’s message of hope continues to reach further than ever before.
This year we connected with an estimated 351,000 listeners, welcomed more than 222,000 visits to our website, and grew our online community to over 45,000 social media followers.
Every broadcast, article, podcast and social media post creates another opportunity for someone to encounter encouragement, discover faith, or simply know they are not alone.
Strengthening Partnerships with Local Churches
This year, we also had the privilege of visiting over 20 church services across Perth to share the vision and ministry of Sonshine.
These visits have been about much more than telling our story. They’ve been an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with local churches, explore how we can work together for God’s Kingdom, and share how Sonshine serves as a pre-evangelistic ministry – connecting people with hope and creating opportunities for them to take their next step of faith.
We’re encouraged by the warm welcome we’ve received and excited about the growing partnerships that are helping more people discover the hope of Jesus. We look forward to continuing to stand alongside churches as we serve our community together.
