According to statistics from Relationships Australia, 66% of people under 44 years of age meet their spouse through a physical interaction. While 24% of people under 44 years of age meet their spouse through an online platform. However, when it comes to dating, the platform is not as important as your mindset. In the book of Luke, Jesus advises against embarking on a journey without considering its cost.

Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Won’t you first sit down and estimate the cost to see if you have enough money to complete it?– Luke 14:28

Similarly, entering the realm of dating requires clarity of purpose. It’s essential to discern your motives and not succumb to external pressures or fears of missing out. “I think about dating in the Trinitarian view because we’re made up of a body, soul and spirit. That Trinity view done well can lead us to some fantastic outcomes,” Pastor Phil explained.

“May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:23
