Dave Hudson and his wife are ‘foster parents’ for trainee guide dogs. They are currently on their 10th dog after fostering for the past eight years. “It began because my daughter wanted us to raise a puppy about eight years ago, and we already had our own dog. So I said, I’m not sure about that. She said, well what about a guide dog puppy?”

Now he is fundraising to further support Guide Dogs WA. After seeing the wonderful ways lives are transformed by their work. He has passed his goal of $5000 and will now be abseiling 130 metres down Central Park Tower on St George’s Terrace! Central Park Plunge is an annual event that allows people to fundraise for their chosen charity.
